Checks and Requirements
To ensure the safety and well-being of everyone in our program, the following is required.
National Police Check
We will trigger an email to be sent to you from Crimecheck. Please select $27 Volunteer option. Contact us if you need to arrange this.
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
→ Apply or update your Check
→ Add JoCare to your Existing Card

We will send reminders when renewals are due, but you can also manage this at any time using the links above.

Statutory Declaration Form (If needed – see requirement below)
A Statutory Declaration is required for an ACVVS volunteer if they have lived overseas for 12
months or more (in total or continuously) after the age of 16. If this is you please print and fill
out and return to us.
